About Todd’s work
Healing doesn’t happen by trying harder — it happens when you finally understand why you keep repeating the same patterns.
My approach comes from a unique blend of lived experience, academic training, and contemplative study. I spent a year in Dharamsala, Northern India — the home of the Dalai Lama — studying Eastern philosophy, emotional intelligence, and the nature of the mind. I’ve worked with many therapists, recovery professionals, and mentors, and I’m formally trained through Brown University in mindfulness-based interventions rooted in trauma-aware safety and nervous-system understanding.

I don’t just teach this work — I’ve lived it. Through my own rehabilitation from brain trauma and nervous-system dysregulation, I’ve learned firsthand that real change happens inside the body and the brain, not through force or shame.
I help men break the porn cycle by addressing the real drivers underneath it: identity, emotional regulation, stress, shame, and the nervous system. Most men try to quit through willpower alone. That’s why they stay stuck. My work goes deeper.

In this phase, you learn to regulate your nervous system, calm the stress patterns driving compulsive behavior, and reconnect to your body with proven neuroscience-based methods. You finally understand your triggers, emotional patterns, and urge cycles at their root.

Once your foundation is stable, we retrain the brain.
Using mindfulness, somatic work, and structured habit training, you interrupt old pathways and build new ones that support clarity, focus, and long-term resilience. Cravings lose their power.
